MEANS
OF COMMUNICATION
The
Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Results were
published in the leading English and Bengali
Newspapers such as The
Asian Age, Economic Times, Times of India and Kalantar. The Half-Yearly reports are not sent to household
of shareholders. The Company currently does not have a
Website. Official news release and presentations made
to analysts are sent to the Stock Exchanges at
Calcutta and Mumbai, where shares of the Company are
listed.
As
per clause 51 of the Listing Agreements with the stock
exchanges quarterly/annual financial results,
shareholding pattern and corporate governance are
accessible on the website www.sebiedifar.nic.in.
